How to Log In to CardPointe

Step 1 — Go to the CardPointe Login Page

Navigate to the CardPointe portal login page. Use the button below or go directly to cardpointe.com/login.

Step 2 — Enter Your Username

Enter your CardPointe username in the first field. Your username is typically your email address or a custom username created when your CardConnect merchant account was set up. If you're unsure, contact your CardConnect account manager or call 1-800-518-8825.

Step 3 — Enter Your Password

Type your CardPointe password. Passwords are case-sensitive — check that Caps Lock is off. If this is your first time logging in, use the temporary password emailed when your account was activated.

Step 4 — Click Sign In

Click Sign In to access your CardPointe merchant dashboard. If multi-factor authentication is enabled, enter the verification code sent to your registered email or phone.

CardPointe Forgot Password

If you've forgotten your CardPointe password:

1. Go to cardpointe.com/login
2. Click Forgot Password below the login form
3. Enter your registered email address
4. Check your email for the reset link (check spam if not received)
5. Click the link and create a new password
6. Log in with your new credentials

CardPointe Account Locked

After several failed login attempts, CardPointe may lock your account. To unlock:

• Wait 15-30 minutes and try again
• Use Forgot Password to reset credentials
• Call CardConnect at 1-800-518-8825 for immediate unlock
