How to Reset Your CardPointe Password
Step 1 — Go to CardPointe Login
Open CardPointe Login →
Step 2 — Click Forgot Password
Click the Forgot Password? link on the login screen, below the password field.
Step 3 — Enter Your Email
Enter the email address registered to your CardPointe account.
Step 4 — Check Your Email
Check your email including spam folder. The reset link expires in 24 hours.
Step 5 — Create New Password
Click the reset link and enter a strong new password. CardPointe passwords are case-sensitive.
