Check that Caps Lock is off — passwords are case-sensitive. Make sure there are no extra spaces in your username. Your CardPointe username is typically your email address. Try copying and pasting credentials from a password manager.
Outdated cache can cause CardPointe login loops or page errors.
CardPointe locks accounts after multiple failed attempts. Wait 15-30 minutes and try again, use Forgot Password to reset, or call CardConnect at 1-800-518-8825.
Make sure you are using the correct CardConnect portal:
Use the latest version of Chrome, Edge or Firefox. Disable browser extensions especially ad blockers. Try in private/incognito mode.
CardPointe sessions expire after a period of inactivity. Simply log in again at cardpointe.com/login.
